Absolute Orwellian rip-off artists who want to hold you hostage, but their printers are shoddy and have constant errors. Took hours to set up, and now I have to return it the same day because of its numerous issues and obscene demands for ink subscriptions and that you always must keep your printer turned on. I will never use an HP printer again.
