My review is to do with HP customer service. I recently bought an HP laptop but was not satisfied with the life of the battery, when I bought the laptop I assumed that the battery would be good for about 6 hours before having to recharge it, I was fed to find that it only lasts for about 3-3.5 hours so mad enquiries about it via Facebook messages, I have to say that the first person who help me was very efficient and polite and kind, I explained that I was getting on in years and they took that into account when explaining things, I'm not entirely green when it comes to computers just a little slower than I used to be, i thank that person for their help, however, the second time I contacted them the person was quite abrupt (not rude) and gave his explanation for what was what with the battery but didn't give me a chance to respond as he closed the chat which I suppose some would call rude.
