DO NOT BOTHER WORST COMPANY

Broken monitor called support as I had paid extra to take out a care package. They took 2 weeks to call me back to tell me that I had damaged it myself and therefore wasn't eligible for anything replacement or repair they just wanted me to purchase another monitor and emailed me to say my case was closed. The customer service was appalling - never experienced this before with any other company !! The worst !!!!
