Would give zero stars if i could

laptop, which was faulty from the moment i bought it, went in repair twice, and was returned to me twice without the problem being solved. all this happens through a labyrynthine process of emails, calls, chats where these channels don't know about each other, where you have to restart your explanation from the beginning every time. it's as if the process is designed by a... i don't know what. something without any intelligence. I hereby solemny vow to never buy from HP again
