HP are a nightmare company there is no customer service you can't talk to anyone and the online chat takes about an hour to reply then replies back every half hour which as you can imagine is a major problem if you want to fix something. As soon as you change your wifi the printers don't work and the quality of the printers are not great. I'm going to go with Brother from now on hopefully they'll be an improvement on these jokers.
