The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. From customer service online chat, I was "helped" by guy who took control of my PC to install printer driver. The install failed and the HP rep who was actually with Log me in Rescue, said I had viruses and my IP address was compromised. For $259, he would clean my PC. He hung up when I said I couldn't afford it. Trying to report this suspicious interaction to HP was a nightmare. Took 30 minutes to actually get a person whose English was so bad, I asked for 15 minutes to speak to someone else. Finally the manager asked me for a case number which I was never given. He said it was likely I got hacked. HP has no number online to report fraud (that I could find). To make things even more confusing, HP does use Log me in Rescue, but there is no log of my interactions with the tech support on myHP account. I will never buy another HP product and can see why 91 percent of reviews are only one star.
