if I could give 0 stars I would.HP doesn’t care for its customers, sells faulty products that ruin your printouts and forces customers to buy more expensive original inks rather than better, non-originals. If you’re looking for a company that puts money first and their customers second, you just found the perfect company!Greedy company, shame on you.
