HP printers are locked and directed to lock customers into an expensive, ongoing, service agreement where you pay monthly instalments and per page payments. Leaving their scheme was an abysmal experience. HP have done well out of me over the last 10 years. I will never buy another HP piece of equipment for myself, my family or any business I operate through again. I am also actively going to advise any person or business to AVOID HP like the plague.
