I’ve bought HP printers so far mainly because of the very cheap instant ink service. However I’m now so frustrated and incensed by the poor construction, unreliability snd impossible to use ‘support’ that I’m about to dump my latest purchase, only a month old. The printer repeatedly fails to work wirelessly. It appears to be online and ready. All the lights on the screen indicate ready. I try to print and I get No air Printers. I’ve installed exactly as instructed. I then do what trouble shooting instructions say, exactly.( Note that these instructions are not easy to find and they are not clear. I spent hours going round in circles , being directed to the app then directed back to the website, only to find the next screen didn’t accept what answer I gave ). If I turn it off and on it sometimes rights itself and if it does work then it doesn’t work the next time and I go through it all again. Currently I cannot print and I need to print out about 50 documents. Disgusted with HP.
