Bought a laptop online within a week it had failed so rang to get a replacement and sent my faulty one back . I’ve been lied to so many times , managers never call back once the customer service agent escalated my complaint Still no replacement laptop over 3 weeks later Asked for a refund as absolute shocking service Don’t buy off here go to Curry’s or somewhere like that at least you’ll get better service Drew and Jonathan at HP both lied to me about my replacement … you should be sacked
