Over the years I have bought HP printers, mainly inkjets, scanner models and they have all gone wrong and generally been irreparable by me at any rate. So this time I thought I'd go for a more reliable one a LaserJet printer ( Pro M28W). Even before the year was up I was getting intermittent problems, which generally resolved. First the scanner wouldn't work and I kept getting messages saying scan cancelled by printer. Now it won't even print. I inserted a new cartridge and all I get is totally black output. Once again another throw away printer that didn't even survive long enough for me to use the half empty cartridge the machine came with. Their printer software is also worse than useless. I've given them enough chances, that's it, no more HP for me.
