Never buying an HP product again

I bought a HP Neverstop 1001 in 2020, primarily to do small runs of music for my choir. It has been a disaster since day one. I don't have time to list all the ways in which it's left me screaming - even close to tears - when it either won't communicate with the computer (though I've now got it physically plugged in rather than trying, and usually failing, to use the WiFi option, and that has improved things - though it still goes on strike sometimes even now) or - and this is THE most frustrating thing of all - won't print on the reverse of paper I've already printed on one side. I've tried every quality and weight of paper, but it's always the same. It generally prints okay(ish) on one side, but turn it over and feed it in to do the other side, and it's like a recalcitrant toddler refusing to eat its food. I literally have to tease in each sheet. It tries to grab it a couple of times. I then withdraw the sheet, offer it up a couple of times, it thinks about it for a few seconds then - if I'm very lucky - it might grab it and print it, though just as often as not, it fails. AAAAAAGHHHHHHHH!!!!!This was not a cheap printer - it cost £230 four years ago. Yes, I knew I would want to do duplex printing, but it was a bit of an emergency at the time, and I had to go with what was available quickly. But - HP - you've lost me as a customer forever and a day. So sad, for this was once a great company with a fabulous reputation. What happened?
