I had a great deal of trouble reconnecting my wireless HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M28 Printer after updating a modem/router. Called service provider and searched many trouble shooting sites as well as community support and got nowhere. Finally found a phone number for HP and spoke with Neo at HP customer support on 7/3/2024. My warranty expired and I wasn't sure anyone would talk to me. Issues were not easy but this rep was determined to help me. He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable and FIXED MY PRINTER by his email instructions.
