My HP laptop froze, they told me I had to pay 67$ for subscription to help me, I paid and they told me to hold the power button down 30 sec then it worked, 67$ dollars later.I checked my bank statements and to my horror seen they charged me 5 times for a total of around $300.00. I called HP they told me there nothing they could do and I have to dispute it with my bank.I'm a student, single mom with a disability I live under the poverty line and they took most of the money I had left on my credit card. HP is a scam, fraudulent and unhonest and cannot even rectify their mistakes.They lost me and my family a customer for life. Absolutely trash company
