I am no longer a fan of HP. I have always had an HP laptop but recently purchased an HP laptop. after about 9 months the camera stopped working. The laptop had face recognition which stopped working then my camera for my zoom calls stopped working. The help desk was able to walk me through getting the camera working but the next time I opened my computer it didn't work again. I eventually had another help desk person suggests that I delete my camera and put it back on again. I deleted it but then he didn't help me put it back on again. When I called at a later time, the individual said that I couldn't put the camera back on and it would have to be sent in. As a business owner, it's very difficult to be without my laptop. They said a box would be coming for me to send it but it never arrived. I called him month later and mentioned that the box never arrived and the gentleman I spoke with said that he would send me one. It never arrived either and my 1-Year warranty expired. So now I'm without a camera and I am regularly doing distance calls. So I joined from my phone. I'm very disappointed to see all these negative reviews about HP. And now I'm including my own negative review. I don't even know what kind of computer I would get next? I was always loyal to HP. No longer.
