I have already returned 4 HP printers, I settled for the last one Purchase 9730e This too has problems, constant error messages even though it was corrected "mismatch paper". Menu not user friendly, cannot locate menu for special type of paper for photo printing. All instructions on line are for Windows not Mac users. Not happy, but stuck with this Printer, Also the printer is new and color photo have lines in print
