My first HP printer didn’t work. I sent it back. The 2nd HP printer also didn’t work. I had to purchase a printer from another vender which has worked flawlessly. I contacted HP to seek some retribution from them. It took HP nearly a month to get back to me and tell me they wanted to troubleshoot my second HP printer. I told them they had enough documentation to make a decision. I didn’t want to interrupt my activities to do another troubleshoot that based on past experiences won’t work. They have violated practically every best practice tenant in customer service.
