Customer service is poor

My printer needed to be repaired within warranty. It took about 2 weeks to get the replacement, and you have to return the bokken printer first)s o no printer for 2+ week. The printer sent to me was refurbished and didn't have a power cord. They will not give me a new printer for the replacement, and it took 7 more days to get my power cord. To talk with the Escalation manager assigned to my case took MANY attempts and conversations with many people. Hours of time
