DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOP

I broughtg a HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 at Bestbuy 4/6/24. One month later I detected that if I shot down it down. it will be very hard to turn it back on. Pushed the power botton for 3-4 secconds not work. I have to hold it for 30 senconds to reset it and sometime it worked and sometime it did not ,Sometime, if you close the lid and open then hold the power botton will turn it on. So I just do restart . I finally called HP support , their outsourced indian agent Steve is very rude and got mad while I can hardly understood him. The only solution offered is to send it back to them for service and it will take at least 15 days. THE BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOP.
