HP take your cash and leave you hanging

I went to post my experience of HP UK and, to my dismay, I clearly am not the only one to suffer from this pathetic company!My request was quite simple really. I purchased a printer with an extra year warranty that I have been unable to be added to my account. Unbelievably, HP postsales email has been discontinued and is not active. Nobody answers the phone and that AI-led bot that deals with enquires is appalling. If I was a member of HP I'd be embarrassed to be associated it. There is literally nobody to talk to or any advice to sort this out. Actually, I did get to "chat" with an online sales guy who was dealing with new sales and he just told me it wasn't his department. Basically, HP takes your money and, after that, leaves you hanging. If you're lucky, the printer works and you have no problems. But if it doesn't, rest assured, you are royally stuffed. I am actually left questioning what's the point of getting the extra warranty in the first place since god knows how these muppets would sort out any problems.Move over virgin media, there's a company out there with even worse customer service than you.
