After spending over two hours trying on my own, following every possible direction HP provided on the website I decided to call. It took several robot sessions but I FINALLY got a person. He gathered all my info and I explained I just could not get the printer to join my network. After my explanation he said he'd have to transfer me to laser jet people. I said fine. He "did"transfer me. I told the same story again and he said he'd have to transfer me to laser jet people. I said I was just there and this was supposed to be it. I really think it was the same guy because he had the same accent. What could I say - "no"? In this transfer after 25 minutes the call was "lost". He had my call back number but I did not expect a call, and it did not happen. I just laughed. I was half tempted to burn it, but then realized I can still make copies. If I find I cannot live without a printer I will buy one, but you can be sure it will NEVER be another HP. He was polite, but made no attempt to assist.
