I purchased a new PC which came with a 3 year care package. I had to chase the order up after a week as the status hadn't changed. After I chased it up it was delivered after a few more days. I received an email to register the care package. However, I am unable to do so as the web page won't accept any of the product codes i have. I have emailed the aftersales team several times and got no reply except for automated ones. I have looked on the support website for any clues on the matter and chatted to the virtual assistant but they have no clue what i'm asking about.
