I bought a new printer hp deskjet 2820e in ottobre 2024. it took me two evenings to figure out how to install hp smart software. And two months later hp smart does not function well. it can stamp and make a copy but will not scan a document. Already three times have reinstalled it. A printer is noisy and ink ends pretty soon. Total frustration! I used to have an hp printer series 3639 . It served me for 5 years but has become slow so I decided to buy a new one. 3639 was more solid, robust and easy to install and use.
