Can't give a 0 but their support is shocking, use WhatsApp, taken over 12 hours to reply to my first message even though it was sent 2 hrs before their close, replied next morning and then over 30 minutes between each message, this support is useless, when you buy something you don't expect to be spending 3 or 4 hrs on the phone getting support. Wish I'd checked the reviews before purchasing their products
