Worst customer service ever!!! I dread calling them…told me they could fix a problem and then never mind they couldn’t after I had purchased more ink for my printer and now I wasted $60 on new ink which I can’t use and have to buy a new printer…will never buy HP again just to avoid their customer service…do better
