*Update: I've received a refund after a request. But I do think their refund process should be much clearer, easier and fairer. So -1 star for that. Also -1 star for not being able to post videos or carousel (multiple pictures). Basically it's very limited, but it would be great as it is very convenient to post on multiple platforms from one place. If they sort out these posting issues, then it would be the best platform out there. For now it doesn't do what I'd need it to do. Let's hope for the future.Original review:I've been charged in a way that feels like a trick. I've requested a refund and if they do refund me, then I will change my score to 4 or 5. Refunds should be easier, and this is not a good way to treat customers. I am surprised that such a popular platform that claims to have the same level of support as I-tunes and Netflix doesn't follow the basic rights of customers to a refund especially if the account has not been used in that time.
