Its not possible to give minus starts or I would . Hootsuite have taken over £500 for an annual fee and the service has worked for 4 months out of 6. Posts are failing to publish and they will not cancel and refund, only offer money off my next subscription. Why would I resubscribe to a service that doesn't work? If I'd read the reviews here first I would never have used them so be warned!
