I contacted online with HomeAdvisor. They gave me an appointment of the next day when we spoke on the phone. After we agreed they sent an email confirmation for an appointment which would now take place 5 days later than originally talked about. This is a refrigerator which I feel is pretty necessary. Now they send me an email saying that if you are a new customer you get get 15% off of your first repair. I did not see this on the email charge they sent so I emailed back and asked about when that 15% would come off. I received a response saying they were very busy right now and they will get back to me. That was 5 hours ago and nothing from them yet. I will be canceling the appointment for 5 days from now, I don't like being put off and ignored when I have a question.
