VERY DISAPPOINTED...I have used "Home Advisor" and “Angi”in the past and have been happy with the completed services; so when I needed a cleaner for my home it was a no-brainer to call Home Advisor powered by Angi for my cleaning project.Scheduling was easy and affordable due to the member discount and fixed pricing. I was also pleased that the service accommodated my time schedule!However...The cleaner did not arrive or even call to let me know she was not coming! I waited 30 minutes and called (HomeAdvisor) only to find out that she hadn’t turned on her phone and could not be contacted. I ask that another team be sent out later that day or the next because I was expecting out of town guests. Unfortunately I was told that no one was available but I could get a refund-which I did.This was quite a inconvenience being that I am recovering from leg surgery and have limitations, luckily my husband and daughter were able to help.I appreciated that I could get a refund but expected more professionalism from these companies.
