Well i got the wrong item with my order and the whole experience from ordering to getting the issue fix was not really the best. Starting from the ordering several times i had to change my order because i put stuff on my bag that was not longer „on stock“ but on your app was showing as „available“. The option to rearrange items or filter them in a certain way also don’t really work and after all the struggle by ordering, i got delivered the wrong item. I your customer care couldn’t send the proper item to me. I was expected to return the wrong item and reorder. Which i didn‘t do because of the poor experience while ordering the first time. Also your contact us section in the app says „you would get notifications here and through your email and i thought to keep things easy for me and keep all in one place i would keep the communication through the app because i started it there. Your customer service agent complain and demand that i rather respond through the email he sent me. So why open a contact us option in the app when it also doesn’t work??? Overall experience was a 3/10
