I contacted the shop on April 9th with images of the damaged package, which contained a missing item and was delivered to my neighbor without my consent. The shop responded promptly and took action by initiating an investigation with DHL. They informed me that this process might take up to a month. However, it has now been more than a month since I reported the issue, and I am still awaiting a resolution. I have previously ordered from this shop due to my appreciation for their curated selection of designer items. Nonetheless, I have observed that they exert minimal effort in ensuring proper packaging and assume no responsibility for the delivery process, which is a fundamental aspect of their service.Despite purchasing design items, the delivery was handled in a careless manner and was inadequately secured. I cannot recommend shopping online here.
