I love shopping in store and also shop the website when I can't make it into the store. The website is easy to navigate. I just took a couple items into the store that I wanted to return from my last online purchase, and the manager prepared the box for shipment and put it with her boxes to go when FedEx came later so I wouldn't have to struggle through the return process. Very helpful.
