Shipment was lost in transit. Guitar Center customer service said a trace with the shipper was initiated on 6/11 and I would have resolution within 10 business days. It’s been 12 days and I have not heard anything from Guitar Center customer service on receiving a refund for my order. From a customer experience it feels like Guitar Center does not care that I have paid for something that I have not received. This is unacceptable in my opinion.
