I had sent David my gear representative a voice msg. and a detailed email describing what I was looking for as far as amp modeling and power supplies I needed for my home set up/DAWs. He had a great recommendation for a power supply, while I suggested an amp modeler that I did not see on Guitar Center's website, but I asked for it anyway. They had massive amounts of units of it in stock. I had a Guitar Center Gear Card, and we worked out a purchase that was the best price on the internet for a brand new BOSS IR-200. I've emailed him this evening to have him contact me about getting a power supply he recommended for a pedal board that I purchased, so I do enjoy working with Guitar Center on a personal level. Best of all, David is in the U.S., is easy to speak with, and has a passion for guitars and gear like I do.
