If the store has the item, online order should be for the item in stock

If a specific store location that I’m looking for order from has the item in stock, just have the order show up at that store (especially if I’m going in to pick it up). I ordered online after calling the store to make sure they had the item. I went in and the order wasn’t processed for them cause the item was coming from a warehouse - meanwhile the item is literally on the shelf at the store.So I had to buy the same item separately cause my online order was still waiting for the item to be delivered - even though the store already had it.Just frustrating and annoying. 🫶
