i ordered a used guiter that was listed as excellent condition as a birthday gift for my daughter. when it was received one of the tuners was not working.... i do not understand how that could be excellent condition. i feel like if something is listed as excellent or even great condition all parts should be working... i did expect some scratches or cosmetic problems but not a broken tuner.... if that was in the description i would not have made the purchase. update.... the local guitar center was great and took care of everything.
