I ordered a nice used guitar from guitar center as a birthday preset. They sent a different very cheap guitar in terrible shape. Said they will make it right, but apparently their notion of making things right is having me drive to the store to return the guitar, and then pay an extra $250 to get something lower grade than what I actually ordered (I was willing to compromise on used guitar in worse shape and a cheaper finish, but they refuse to match the price of what I actually bought). Sticking with local purchases and music go round going forward. Completely untrustworthy and will not own up to their mistakes, a $100M asking the customer to foot the bill for a $200 mistake instead of making right on it.
