Shipped broken

I ordered an ESP electric guitar for my husband for Christmas. It was delivered timely and packaged perfectly. The guitar itself is stunning and excellent quality, with the exception of the bridge volume knob was visibly loose and rattled back and forth , and when plugged into the amp, was broken. The way it was carefully packaged and shipped meant it passed quality control being clearly and audibly loose in the warehouse and was shipped broken. I am so disappointed.
