Shipping? Resolved!!!

I'm giving you only three stars because I bought my amp from you on Tuesday the 21st at 6:00p.m. Today is Friday the 24th at 2:30p.m. Shipping was stated to be 3-5 days. I have received no e-mail notifying me that my amp has been shipped. Wednesday. Thursday. Friday. It's not looking like I'm going to my amp within the 5 day window. Why? Are you too busy to box up my amp and ship it? C'mon, Guitar Center. Do better. Now, I'm very pleased at the value of my purchase. $100 off retail for an amp that is in "excellent" condition. I certainly hope that I find it in excellent condition. When I receive it. One day. When you get around to shipping it. I'll be happy to write a better review at that time.Update: A gentleman named Beau from Guitar Center contacted me by email, apologized for the delay in shipping, refunded my shipping charges, and assured me that this incident would be investigated to insure that it wouldn't happen again! Very pleased with the professional way that Guitar Center handled this issue. The amp arrived today in absolutely perfect condition, sounds awesome and I couldn't be happier. Now, UPS on the other hand, picked up my amp on Friday from Fairfax VA, had it in Richmond VA Saturday, in Mebane NC Sunday, BACK to Richmond Monday, back to Mebane Monday evening, on to Wilkesboro NC Tuesday morning, and out for delivery this afternoon. If you can figure out that "efficient" operation, let me know! Thank you, Guitar Center for providing excellent customer service!
