Guitar center did absolutely nothing to help me on a defective piece on a brand new Titan 70 kit purchased for XMAS, though text spoke to a representative I was told you could not provide a simple plastic piece that hold the stand. I was asked to dismantle the kit a return the full item. After two weeks of trying to get help I was going to send the item back then was told I need the original packaging by two different representatives. Finally spoke with Simmons and was pleasantly surprised at the attention and wealth of eagerness to satisfy the customer. They not only sent me the item needed but sent me extras and explained I had a 2year warranty on any item with the kit. I was also informed I did not have to have the original packaging. I will definitely keep purchasing and recommend Simmons but will not purchase it from Guitar center.
