The employees at Taylorsville guitar center are HORRIBLE. I REALLY HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS. I have been trying to get some earphones that say they are available for pickup that I ordered online. IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS. And the employees won't give it to me because it's "not in their system." But they took my money in 2 seconds. After going in store to get them. All the employees were A-HOLES. Saying they can't do anything since it's not in their system. Instead they want me to buy them again. After calling customer service a rep called the store and they ARGUED WITH HIM. EVEN THE GUITAR CENTER REP Agreed they hate their jobs. All this for some earphones. I really hope these guys lose their jobs.
