I bought my Martin guitar online. I received the guitar, which I am extremely happy with ; however, it was missing the rear strap button. I immediately contacted the online store and was told that the guitar is shipped without the rear strap button being installed (stupid). I was told that it should be in the box. I checked the packaging and it wasn’t in there. I was told to visit the store to have the issue resolved. My wife and I were at the store for an hour while the store clerk walked back and forward to speak with the manager. He was gone so long he forgot what we looked like. In the end they do not have the chrome button. I had to have the black style shipped to me. Utter waste of time. Why couldn’t this be resolved online.
