I made the purchase in-store in Norman, Oklahoma, where the sales associate/store manager encouraged me to buy the product, explaining that it would be shipped and arrive at the intended destination (Pasadena, California), within the week. And now, it has been nearly four months since I was charged for the purchase, and the item as still not been delivered. There was no mention of backorder by the associate at the store at the time of purchase, while I'm sure he would've been able to see if that was the case.
