Avoid the CMS like the plague, awful organisation who promote parental alienation. If access is denied for no valid reason then the RP should not be able to use this service and If payments were more affordable you’d have less people avoiding paying by giving up work and going onto benefits. If they decide you have arrears then they steal 40% of your gross pay, not net pay, so money you don’t even get!!! How on earth do they expect someone to live on what they leave you. No wonder people commit suicide with these thieving scumbags robbing NRP’s blind and stealing direct from bank accounts so essential bills don’t get paid. Forget phoning them as all they care about is taking your money. Try and come to a private agreement with your ex so you don’t line their pockets and you know your money is going to your child.
