Absolutely rubbish, lost my national insurance letter and needed it quickly for a job. Tried to get it online so I could print it off and kept asking me for a Northern Ireland driving license? Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. 1 can’t drive. 2. I live in England ? Now I’m having a mental breakdown thanks a lot.
