I have been trying to sort out voluntary contributions for several months now. This service is terrible.No answer on the phone.No reply to posted formsReply to email stating I need to call.Finally spoke to a human. They were very helpful and all is sorted. So thank you to this person.Keeping the one star because it should not take so long with so much stress and round in circles with a government department to get important issues sorted.
