Most unreliable camera and worst outsourced customer service. I ordered camera and memory card directly from GoPro website. Camera always froze up after calling a bunch of times and troubleshooting for hours they sent me a new GoPro which had even more problems it’s some used refurbished junk. I have missed capturing priceless memories due to it never working and now they want me to pay $75 to replace the broken junk replacement that never worked. Also they have the nerve I’m lucky to even get that and I’m getting it because I pay that $5.99 monthly membership to have cloud and supposed to have some vip service with it. Last costumer service person Harold Darcy had me on hold over an hour to check something with his manage said he will call back within an hour not only he didn’t call back within an hour he never did. He was very rude and sounded like he was reading a script for some trigger words when I was explaining the issues with the GoPro he didn’t even get it or care to get it. I never had such a horrible experience with any electronics or had such horrible costumer service before.
