More than a month ago I’ve called customer service UK to tell them my camera (6months old) is not working properly. After 1 h call, they told me they will replace it. They send me the email with the steps and the UPs label to send my camera to them. They told me as soon as they get my camera, they will send me the new one (hero 8). All good. But is been 1 month and a half and I don’t have my replacement, I don’t have any news about the new one, I called customer support 9 times and every single time I’ve been told they will keep me posted. I’ve asked to talk with a manager and they put me on a waiting list for a call, is been 1 week since then and still nothing! No call! I work in retail and if i would do something like this to my customers, i would loose them all! I never had such a bad experience in my life! I purchased gopro because everyone told me you are good but now i regret that and i will make sure everyone will find out my experience! This is not acceptable! All I asked is to know the status of the replacement camera. I’m leaving on a short holiday (after 2 years) and i have no camera for my memories! I understand covid times have changed everything, but this is not acceptable! No communication at all, useless customs service, no calls/emails back, nothing!
