Order a Hero 8 black as the 9 & 10 seemed to be having problem. And it arrived ok but after charging for one hour it switched off after getting really hot. and then would not restart so followed instructions and switched on one and not again. After not being able to get help out of hours I start home and spent hour chatting but they just said they will refund it as I requested, All I needed was a replacement camera, now will look at different options. They are not worth dealing with no wonder they get complaints.
