Astonishingly bad customer service

Astonishingly bad customer service. I mean simply incredibly poor.Their agents simply have no idea about how to handle even the most elementary technical issue. For all those considering taking the half price cloud storage offer on the website at the moment, don't. It doesn't work and then you will lose hours of your life speaking to agents who don't know what to do or say but then give spectacularly wrong advice. The one I spoke to had no idea where the SD card in a Hero 7 was located. No idea at all. Kept apologising for mis-informing me repeatedly. When I requested a call back, I was assured it would happen in 15 mintues. No chance! Still waiting 24 hours later. The complaint has been binned. The company doesn't deserve its customers.There have to be alternative to Go Pro out there. I'd never buy another. Unintuitve and unreliable, there is a customer service team waiting in the shadows to make things much, much worse. One star is a star too much
